However, frequent use of these types of words is not condoned and may result in corrective measures.
3. VOICE COM
The intent and purpose of the in-game voice com is to offer and provide, voice communications capability between members of a team, so that battlefield tactics may be coordinated and executed, enemy positions reported, ammo or back-up requested, etc. Spamming the voice com is not permitted.
However, if there are very small numbers on a team and those members agree to “chit-chat”, they may do so, keeping in mind that if a new player joins the team and wishes to play, the “chit-chat” shall cease. The voice com may also be used to extend a brief greeting to joining players.
4. CHAT MESSAGES

5. ENEMY SPAWN CAMPING
Members shall not position themselves where they have the capability to kill the enemy where, and as, they spawn. Members shall not throw grenades into the immediate enemy spawn area. However, grenades may be thrown into the outer area of the enemy spawn exit. In the event that the enemy has more than one spawn exit, members shall not camp all the exits. At least one spawn exit must be left open for the enemy to get out.
6. SNIPER and MG TACTICS
A. A member who uses a sniper rifle or Machine gun is encouraged to use that particular weapon in a manner that is consistent with “real-world” tactics, for example; sniper rifles should be fired while scoped and machine guns should be fired with the bipod deployed.
B. While Snipers and Machine gunners may occasionally change or adjust their positions for strategic purposes, they should not “assault” with these weapons. In extreme Close Quarters Combat situations, machine gunners may engage the enemy with the weapon undeployed. Snipers may also find themselves in a CQC situation that will result in firing of the weapon unscoped. These situations will not be scrutinized.
7. CHEATS OR SCRIPTS
A Cheat is defined as any means by which a player may achieve an artifical advantage during game-play. “Aim-bots” and “Wall-hacks” are well known examples of “cheats”.
A Script is defined as a means by which a player can alter or increase the rate-of-fire of a weapon above that particular weapon’s originally designed rate-of-fire or charateristics.
Members shall not use or experiment with cheats or scripts on =10th= Servers.
8. CLASS LIMITS
When class limits are in effect, members shall not bypass the limit by means of an intentional TK on the limited class player (sniper, MG) for the sole purpose of picking up the dropped weapon. However, as with picking up an enemy’s limited class weapon, a member may pick up his or her own team’s limited weapon if the opportunity presents itself.
9. SPECTATOR MODE
Members shall not use Spectator mode for the purpose of gaining strategic information about the other team, such as locating an enemy sniper or Infiltrator, and reporting that information back to their own team. Spectator mode may be used by members who must go “AFK” briefly, or for =10th= Officers and/or NCO’s to monitor or speak with other players for the purpose of training, observation, or investigation. Any other use of Spectator mode is not permitted.
10. MILITARY CHAIN OF COMMAND

A member of Recruit rank may not request a guest invitation. Once a member reaches the rank of PFC, they have been deemed “active” and in good standing, and the privelege of inviting guests comes with that rank.
It would be wise for the guest to review the =10th= rules prior to the invitation. The member who invited the guest is expected to be present with their guest, and is responsible for the guest’s behavior and conduct.
The guest will be required to wear the following tag; =10th= G. This is for immediate identification by clan members. Members should observe the guests says, chats and actions for the purpose of deciding on offering the guest “recruit status”.
Do not threaten guests or any other player with being “Kicked or Banned” (admins that have this ability are exempt.)Be patient. You were new once.
13. In the event of an issue with a clan member follow the “Grievence policy”.
A. The first step for the offended or aggrieved party is to talk with the person who offended you. You can not proceed with any complaints until you achieve this step.
B. If you still have no resolution you may move up the chain. For enlisted members that will be the senior NCO. He will attempt to resolve the issue as he sees fit. He may choose to have both of you meet in conference.(Feel Free To Bring Wittiness If You Wish.)
B.1. If your problem is with an officer you still go to the senior NCO first. He in turn will notify the lowest ranking officer who will carry it up the chain.
C. Officers are not immune from grievances. If you have a beef talk to them.
D. If the person who has offended you is your next highest contact, ONLY then may you jump the chain and go to the next person above you.
E. I will be the last person involved in the process. Until you have followed the above procedures , your issue won’t be acted upon by me. I support my staff. If it gets to me you will have to work very hard to convince me you were wronged.
F. You will notice that this only works in one direction. If any of the officer or the SR. NCO have an issue with you they will deal with you directly. If you feel they have treated you unjustly then you may proceed to step one.
G. If you fail to to follow this procedure a committee will meet to review your status.
